Service
Delivery Date is an ikas app provided by Keskin Digital. By installing it you accept these terms.
Dates are estimates
The app calculates dates from the handling and shipping times you enter. A displayed date is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee, and any promise made to your customers is yours as the merchant, not Keskin Digital's. You are responsible for keeping your settings aligned with your actual operations.
Billing
A free plan and a Pro plan are available. Payment is handled by ikas and billed with your ikas subscription. The scope of Pro features may change with prior notice.
Availability
Uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. During maintenance or an outage the widget simply does not render; your storefront is unaffected.
Limitation of liability
Keskin Digital is not liable for indirect damages. Direct liability is limited to the amount you paid for this app in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
You may uninstall the app at any time; all your data is deleted on uninstall.
