What the app does

It shows an estimated delivery date on your product pages — a real date range such as "17 – 21 September" instead of an abstract "3-5 business days". The calculation uses your handling time, shipping time, cut-off hour, working days and closed days.

The widget is not showing after install

On first install it can take up to one hour for the script to appear on your storefront. This is normal ikas behaviour, not a fault. Later setting changes appear within a few minutes.

The widget appears in the wrong place, or not at all

The widget is placed above the product description. If your theme is not supported, the Status section in the panel will warn you. Email us and we will add support for your theme.

The date looks wrong

• Cut-off hour — orders after this hour move to the next working day
• Working days — handling only advances on these days
• Closed days — add public holidays from the Working calendar tab

The preview in the panel shows exactly what will appear on the product page.
