Who we are

Delivery Date is an ikas app built by Keskin Digital. It shows an estimated delivery date on your product pages.

We process no personal data

The app collects, stores and transmits no personal data about your visitors. No names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, IP addresses, cookies or visitor identifiers. We do not even request permission to read your orders or customers.

What we read from your store

• read_products — product name, category and stock status, to match delivery rules
• write_storefronts — to install the widget script on your storefront

What we store

• Your store id and storefront domains
• Your settings: handling and shipping times, working days, closed days, text and appearance
• Product and category exceptions — ikas ids and day counts only
• Daily counters: how often the widget loaded and rendered, aggregated by day and page type, never per visitor

On the storefront

The widget sets no cookies, writes nothing to browser storage and does not identify visitors. Dates are calculated in the visitor's browser; no request is sent to us for the calculation.

Where data is stored

Data is hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt), on Vercel for the application and Supabase for the database. No data is shared with any other third party. No advertising or analytics trackers are used.

Retention and deletion

• Daily counters are deleted automatically after 90 days
• Uninstalling the app deletes every record belonging to your store
